For example, we built a 5-12 College and Career Seminar around school-wide Habits of Success. We developed Seminar teacher look-fors aligned to observation and evaluation rubrics to focus the work for educators.

This includes elevating the voices and talents of students, families, community members and industry partners towards innovative solutions to our most pressing educational problems.

    Our goal is to prepare all youth, regardless of circumstance, to elevate their talents towards success in college, careers and the future they choose. This means robust academic systems K-12 and rethinking secondary and post-secondary models, towards a P-16 approach with meaningful career pathways, accelerated coursework and work-based learning.

Experienced education leader, dedicated to equity and transforming education systems to be the ramps to future success our youth deserve. Over 20 years of educational experience, from classroom teaching, to school design and leadership, to system leadership and non-profit services and supports.
